Almost every day of the week there are nearby markets to visit. The most famous one is the Sunday morning market in Montcuq. And on the weekends there are brocantes and vide-greniers everywhere where the real collectors can look for the best finds. 

The area of the Lot and Quercy is very known for its wines and its local delicacies. You'll discover that duck, truffles, mushrooms, walnuts, goat cheese (cabécou) and foie gras are always on offer at the wonderful local markets, as well as on the menus of the restaurants in this region.

There is much to experience in the Quercy Blanc, both for young and old. If you want to get wet, there are plenty of water activities. But also on land or in the air, you will not get bored.
